



Protect Your Energy Through What You Consume
You guys always know I talk a lot about how important it is to be intentional with everything you consume. And when I say everything… I mean everything. The music you listen to. The shows you watch. The conversations you entertain. The food you put into your body. The content you scroll through daily. All of these things impact us mentally, physically, and spiritually if ykyk.
So today, I wanted to switch things up a little.
Instead of my usual style of writing, I thought it would be fun to share some things I genuinely love consuming in my everyday life. Things that bring me joy, make me think deeper, inspire me creatively, nourish my body, or simply make me feel good.
I’m not sure if this will become a monthly series where I share things that feel nourishing to the mind, body, and spirit… but honestly, I felt called to do it, so here we are.
And because I love symbolism…

Music heals the soul. I’ve always believed that. There’s a song for every single emotion you could feel, and I swear music can straight up shift your energy.
Certain songs just hit different; they change your mood, make you feel lighter, spark something in you, or help you reconnect with yourself. These are the ones I always come back to when I need good vibes. And yeah… Afrobeats will forever have my heart, so of course I’m gonna share a couple with you.

🍥 5 Anime That Never Fail To Bring Me Joy
I was up late one night flipping through channels and landed on Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim block. That’s when I saw a girl falling into a well, grabbing some arrows, and screaming, “SIT BOY!” If you haven’t guessed, it’s Inuyasha. A classic.
That sparked the fire for my love of anime, and I’ve been locked in ever since. There are so many anime that bring me joy. I love a good laugh, fun storylines, and even funnier characters. So here are a few that always hit the spot. (And yes… I’m still slowly working through One Piece lol..)
